A Bulgaria–Iran collection checklist covering warehouse release, cargo reconciliation and road, air or sea freight planning.
Locate the cargo before planning the next leg
Nova Rah Mana coordinates road, air and sea freight between Bulgaria and Iran. Start with the exact location of the cargo and the party currently holding it. A supplier collection and an onward movement from a warehouse need different handover details. Share the warehouse or supplier address, contact person and available receipt or arrival reference, rather than relying only on the country shown on the commercial invoice.
Confirm authorization to release the goods
Ask the cargo holder who must authorize release, which collection reference the driver or handling team should use and whether an appointment is required. Check the available loading window and equipment. If storage or previous transport charges remain outstanding, clarify their status and the responsible party before scheduling the next movement. A warehouse receipt alone should not be treated as confirmation that collection can take place immediately.
Reconcile the warehouse count with the packing list
Compare the number of pallets, cartons or cases physically available with the latest packing list. Request clarification if packages have been split, repacked or combined. Use the current gross weight and external dimensions, and identify non-stackable or fragile items. Record visible packaging concerns and obtain useful photos before handover so any discrepancy can be addressed while the goods are still at the collection point.
Choose the onward mode using the actual shipment
For road freight, specify whether a dedicated truck or a consolidated load should be considered and describe the loading requirements. For air freight, separate urgent pieces and provide their individual measurements. For sea freight, ask for a proposal that includes the transfer from the Bulgarian collection point to the proposed port and the agreed destination scope in Iran. The airport, port and route should be stated in the offer; a warehouse location does not itself define the transport itinerary.
Keep the handover responsibilities visible
Confirm which party arranges loading, who checks the released package count and which contact receives collection updates. Keep the seller’s commercial term, warehouse release instructions and freight scope consistent. Ask which available documents should be shared for shipment-specific review. If the goods have arrived from another country, provide the existing movement information without assuming that the same arrangements automatically cover the next leg to Iran.
Send one release-and-transport request
Include the warehouse address and contact, release reference, cargo-ready date, packing list, gross weight, dimensions and destination in Iran. Add any loading restrictions, special handling needs and the preferred road, air or sea option. Ask for separate confirmation of release readiness, transport availability and estimated milestones. If the cargo changes before collection, update the brief before finalizing the booking.
For the reverse movement from Iran to Bulgaria, request a separate shipment review and give the origin and destination in the actual direction of travel.
